What is your cancellation/no-show policy?
This is a business that is highly personalized and works on scheduled appointments vs. walk-ins, so missed appointments translate into loss of business that we usually can’t recapture. For this reason we ask for at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment or we reserve the right to charge 50% of the value of the scheduled treatment. No call/no show (late arrivals beyond 15 minutes where treatment cannot be adjusted/customized for remaining time) will result in a fee equal to 100% of reserved appointment. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 3 days before the beginning of your appointment.
What is your refund policy?
No refunds will be given for services provided, opened product or gift certificates purchased. Unopened, undamaged product may be returned for a full refund within 7 days.
When do I need to arrive?
Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment and have a seat in the waiting area outside the treatment room. Please don’t knock as we may be in a treatment session with another client - we will come out to greet you. Late arrivals cut into your treatment time, and when greater than 15 minutes, may result in the appointment being treated as a no-show.
